Shabbat is everywhere

Shabbat is everywhere!

Today we celebrate Shabbat 

everywhere, with our friends in school, 

with our friends in class too 

and even when we played outside.

We started our Shabbat celebration

with the whole school.

We held hands during kabbalat Shabbat.

Still holding hands!

We made crowns for Shabbat.

Next we decorated our challah bags.

covering the challah.

Nissan said the bracha for the candles.

He also said "Motzi Challah."

Shabbat wouldn't be complete

without challah, so we 

backed challah.

Chana looked at her Shabbat crown. 

We were in the Shabbat mood so 

the kids started dancing to

the Shabbat songs.

Now it's time for our Shabbat Party.

We lit the candles and 

wished each other 

Shabbat Shalom.
