Chanukkah candles

Chanukkah is almost here and our classroom

became more beautiful with Chanukkah items.

We have candles everywhere,we have them

in different colors, different shapes and different textures. 

The children were playing with the candles

and added another candle on the Menorah

for each day.

In the sensory table we had more candles ,

for the children to explore.

We also made our own Menorah with play dough,

the candles did make a beautiful Menorah.

This is the right time to introduce to you a new friend 

in our class, Mendel.

We made a big Menorah on the floor with shiny candles.

Everyone helped.

Today we had an Art class with Yael.

The children were learning about colors and

 what will happen when we mix them. 

Mayer, Devorah experimenting with mixing play dough.

Ido mixed colors with the magnetiles 

Akiva, Mayer and Ido were really excited to see 

how light and colors work together.

Chana and Dalya used the light table and painted with 

water colors.

We had a wonderful time in Art class.

Today we heard the story of Chanukkah, and 

sang Chnukkah song.

The children count candles by the song,

5 candles burning bright.....

WE CAN'T WAIT FOR CHANUKKAH TO COME!!!!
