Acting Like A Bear

Acting like a bear with friends.

The children had a lot fun today,
when they came to class.

We learned about animals hibernating in
the winter and we came up with the idea
to set the class as a cave and act like
a bear that hibernated for the winter.

We got inspired by the book:
" The bear snores on".

Early this week we painted
paper plates with brown
paint and let it dry. Today
we made them into a bear mask.

The children cut the ears and glued
them on the plate, the effect
was outstanding and very impressive.

They loved it so much.

Our little friends were so excited
to use the mask right away.

We made it more fun by adding
 bear footprints.

They stood on the footprints of a
bear, and start acting like a bear...

The children followed the
trail that lead them to a bear cave.

The children crawled inside and....

Sang: " Bear is sleeping".

And start hibernating until the spring.

Acting like a bear was a lot fun
for us today, we enjoyed learning
about the animals at winter time.
