Har Sinai

The Yeladim count the days until Shavous each day.
They are getting so excited to receive Hashem's special present - the Torah.

Teacher: Where did Hashem give the Torah?
Benjamn: On a mountain
The Yeladim heard how Hashem chose Har Sinai.

Some mountains said: "I am taller than you, I am better than you."
That's called bragging. The Yeladim thought that bragging would make the mountains friends feel sad.

Hashem chose Har Sinai to give the Torah on because she was humble and  kind to her friends. We will think of how we can emulate Har Sinai's kind ways.
To help reinforce the lesson we learn from Har Sinai, the Yeladim will be bringing home Har Sinai mitzvah notes. Please share how your child shows kindness to others.
