Octopus Legs

Today the children enjoyed beading.

Riva made herself a bracelet.

We used the children's work to create 'Ollie Octopus'.

At circle time, we counted his 8 legs, and learned that he swims in the Ocean.

Akiva noticed the monkey was eating "a candy".

In honor of Shabbat we danced to the children's favorite song, "Hashem Melech".

The children help to clean for Shabbat by wiping down their chair.

Animal Painting

Today we did easel painting inspired by the colors of a giraffe.

We also painted a lion, 

and added a mane to it.

More fun from today:

Levi made a 'rainbow.'

Devorah worked on the lion puzzle.

Ido built a house.

We went on a summer walk to look and listen for animals.

We heard crickets and birds and saw flowers and butterflies.

At circle time, we read a story about water.

What do we use a hose for? 

Levi said 'for the pool and sprinkler'.

At the playdough table, Ido made a birthday cake for Ima.

Riva made a 'flower'.

Ido and Akiva built a huge tower.

 We love the projector so much, we had another go with it.
