A Chanukah Present from Gabey!

Today Gabey brought a Chanukah present for the class!

Peretz and Sara unwrap the present.

It is a Chanuakah book and Peretz is the first to have a look inside.

Morah Sarah reads it to the children and we love to see the pictures move!  What a special book!

Yakir is looking carefully at the pictures, wondering how they move...

Menorah Spotting

Today is the first day of Chanukah and we spotted Menorah's all around us!

We saw a BIG one outside.

We saw a SMALL one on the car.

Then we lit a menorah with real fire and said the blessings.

Today we designed, built and created Menorah's with the help of our very clever Dads and a Mom too :)

 

The designer collection...absolutely beautiful!

The children carefully carry out their Menorah's outside to be sprayed. 

They are so proud of their masterpieces!

They watch through the window as Morah Osnat sprays each one to make it shiny.

Chanukah Provocations!

Chanukah Dreidel's are a delight!  Just the right size for little fingers!

Gabey gets straight to work ploughing them into his playdough.

Brand New Playdough!

Today Morah Osnat made us the most beautiful glittery playdough!

It is soft and lovely to play with.

Chanukah candles add a whole new type of fun!

Clean up Time: Nechama Leiba holds the bag, while Eden puts the playdough in.

On our walk in the rain today we spotted water dripping into a puddle!  Fascinating!
